Washing process of jeans

Ordinary washing, simple washing method, keep the water temperature at 60~90 degrees, add a certain amount of detergent, wash for 15 minutes, and then add softener to the water. Normal washing is visually natural, clean and soft to the touch.

Chemical cleaning, adding chemicals such as sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate. In the washing process, acetic acid is added after washing for neutralization, and special effects can be obtained. After chemical washing, there is obvious fading and aging effect, and the hand feels soft and plump. If you add stone, it will melt the stone wash, which can enhance the effect of fading and wear, and has a strong sense of wear and fuzz.

Stone washing, using yellowstone, white stone, artificial stone and other stones to wash, can achieve the special effect of as new as old, clean as new. Stonewashing accounts for a large proportion of jeans, using a certain size of pumice stone at the first water level when the clothes are completely soaked, and rubbing against the pumice stone.

Rinse, rinse with clean water, heat to 40℃, add bleach. After about 10 minutes, add different doses depending on the color. Once the color is on target, neutralize the bleach with baking soda. Stop bleaching. Rinse chlorine partial bleach and oxygen bleach. After bleaching, the appearance is white and bright.
